What we do
Gas, heating and water. All of it.
Most calls are a boiler that has stopped, but the van carries everything for the rest of it too. If you are not sure whether it is our sort of job, ring and ask.
Boiler installation
Full replacements when a boiler is past saving, including old back boilers swapped out for a modern sealed system.
Boiler servicing
Annual servicing to keep a boiler running properly and its warranty intact. Gas hobs installed and replaced too.
Central heating
Systems installed, repaired and set up properly, so every room actually gets warm and not just the one nearest the boiler.
Radiators
New radiators fitted and old ones swapped, including the flat panel designer radiators you can see in the work below.
Underfloor heating
Faults traced and tested before anything gets pulled up. Sometimes it is one valve rather than the whole system, and that is worth finding out.
Leaks and emergencies
Burst pipes, dripping stopcocks and leaks that are doing damage. The phone is answered at any hour, weekends included.
General plumbing
Taps, cylinders, and pipework moved or run outside. If it carries water or gas around your house, it is covered.

One customer expected a full underfloor heating repair. We ran the tests first, found a single faulty valve, and charged a fraction of the obvious fix.

Saturdays, evenings, short notice. A leak was reached in thirty minutes for a customer stuck in London who could not get to their dad.

When a pump had to be ordered in, we left the customer two fan heaters so the house stayed warm until it landed.

Sheets, a wet floor sign, and a tidy finish. It is in the photos and it is in the reviews, because it is the part people remember.
Out of hours
No heat at 10pm on a Sunday is still an emergency.
The listing says open 24 hours because it is. One customer had a pipe leak sorted the same evening, in under an hour. Another had a Saturday callout for a broken stopcock. If it cannot wait until Monday, it does not have to.

Boilertech were professional, helpful, and quick to respond. I needed support bringing utilities outside, and they took the time to walk me through all the pipework options step by step. They explained the advantages and disadvantages clearly and always asked for my preferences, so I felt fully in control of the job. Their honesty was appreciated, and the work was completed tidily. Price was also very competitive.
Had an issue with a old broken stopcock. OvO sent BoilerTech plumbing & heating. Mohammad called before arrival to get some details for the parts needed. He arrived on a Saturday. Came and fixed the issue fast and to a high standard. Great professionalism and communication. Would recommend and use again. Thanks 🙏
Mohammed was great. He came out at short notice and sorted out the boiler and heating, taking the time to walk us round the system and make sure everything was running smoothly for a really good price. Highly recommend and will definitely be calling again as we need.

Mohammed and his team installed a new boiler for me following my old one packing up and being so old, it was beyond help. BoilerTech did a fantastic job - speedy service, conscientious, neat and tidy and just as important, at a very reasonable price. All staff were helpful and polite and they really did go the extra mile. A real find and will definitely be my 'go to' heating and plumbing experts.

My Dad (a vulnerable disabled adult) had a leak causing damage and I was in London and couldn't get to him. Muhammed got to his house in 30mins and fixed the leak at a very reasonable price. What made the service amazing was the sensitivity towards my Dad, an already stressful situation was handled really well with no mention of payment etc to my Dad. There are lots of plumbers out there who may have taken advantage of a situation like this, but my Dad was reassured and the problem soon rectified. I can't recommend this company enough, especially if you care for elderly relatives. Thanks
Excellent service, sorted my problem out, needed to order parts but kept me informed of progress. Left me two fan heaters to help me out while I was waiting for new pump to be delivered and fitted. I will recommend and use them again.
Fantastic service - came round the same evening and sorted out boiler problem (pipe leak) in less than an hour. Highly recommend.
